Swiyss
This is certainly not a hard thing to implement, but you might question if it's really necessary or not. Well I can give you my reasoning for thinking this. I have a base where I planted twiggy trees, birtchnut trees and some evergreens. All evergreens turned petrified but the other ones didn't. Instead of using the scare stiff on regular evergreens, I decided to keep the petrified versions, but chop down the birtchnut trees and the twiggy trees. But now that I think about it, why isn't there a petrified version of the twiggy tree? it would make my petrified forest look so much better. Birtchnut trees could get some sort of lunar mutation because of lunar hail. Palmcone trees could also receive some lunar hail variant. Well-met
it's not something that's explicitely meant to affect all trees. It's more of a perk of evergreens.
