You can try to sweep the water behind the boat, but character says is not possible even when having the skin. does anyone knows why this happens? Why? why do I gotta destroy my boat with everything on it just to change the skin? I was so excited after getting the skin.. Can this possibly get changed? I believe it doesn't make sense.
