Unable to connect to cave server

I can't connect to my cave server. Since I jumped into the cave, I entered the server again and got stuck in the loading interface. Finally, I couldn't enter the game after overtime. The following is my log.

Check if the port of your caves server is blocked by your Server's firewall.

No response from the client in the server log is generally a hint that the connection got blocked somewhere.
