Please make Wortox's shadow affinity reduce soul hop startup frames

The shadow affinity for Wortox really seems to encourage dodging attacks in place with the shadow reaper but this strategy is almost always incredibly awkward to use because of how long the startup frames for soul hopping are, which often makes it result in less dps than if you just sidestepped the attack, so I think it would be incredibly helpful if taking the shadow affinity reduced the startup frames of the soul hop by around half to make it more attractive as a defensive option.
