Are we sure this isn't just a bug/oversight and the shrine still wants a torch, but the 'light' command is overwriting the 'give' command? I would have been able to confirm it one way or the other by seeing if I had the whistle or not, but I had the desync bug that deleted my worlds. By the way @JanH, that bug really sucked. A notice from you guys to prevent as many instances as possible, or an apology at least would have gone a long way.
