Small balance changes to trees

New things that are easier to notice now and easy changes to make mostly

Woby here woby there should probably be faster at delivering items,just to make the skill more convenient

The scrappy slingshot frames should probably trigger double hits instead of double damage, both of the versions have issues when it comes to applying slows and conflict on the damage math with other items ,even the infinite ammo slot version really will mostly make things more difficult to the player since now every shot needs aim,double hits instead of double damage just simplify using ammo on it since you dont have to think about passive effects and switching rounds as much .Maybe even a small buff to the upgraded one?

Wortox panflute skills should probably be stronger,I still suggest one extra "charge" of free pan flute use per panflute skill you get,suggesting a buff just due to it being a bit more underwhelming than I thought I was going to be but that buff would suffice for me to consider picking all 3.

Shield and speed potions should probably just last longer on both abigail and wendy,mostly as buffs for them to become more useful.
Still unsure on how good Sisturn 3 ends up being,the bosses that deal "non boss" damage skew the value of it down quite a bit,just an extra 5 to 10% damage reduction would make it decently worthwhile.
That's about it ,details on the trees that make them more appealing,good balancing job overall still. :yaypigs:

This definitely needs to happen as a good deal of the skills value was lost when they gave it the current travel time as the time you lose waiting for her to return greatly reduces your efficiency depending on how invested you are in Woby.

As for Wortox his souls should draw less aggro.

Mostly just because I still find it hard to justify picking all three ,but I sure would pick them if in the end I got three free uses for a boss,just slightly more useful

Why spend 3? Just spend 2.

It doesn't sound too bad since it would cost certain capstones, but honestly?

Cloudy Carmen is really good against Toadstool when going "Nice" build which is niche but still useful and Pleasant Pastorale feels like such generous blessing on it's own

Personally I would rather buff/rework Covetous Collector because despite of it's premise, it's just an expensive noob trap that isn't even fun in "Winona's hot spotlight" or "Wendy graves" way
