I need help playing with The Lamb mod

I have been playing with a friend until winter 30th where the game crashed and it keeps crashing, we rolled back to winter 21 and it's still crashing. I removed every mod and I am it worked fine, except when I had The Lamb mod active. My friend really wants to play with The Lamb, what can we do about it? is is there a way of fixing it? This screenshot is with every other mod installed but I tried using ONLY The Lamb and the same error happens. Attaching screenshot of the error:

If the mod hasn't updated in forever, the one thing you could do is to go into the mod files and fix the fault yourself, along with your friend doing it. The crash log is very vague however, so I cannot provide further details.

Edit: seems like it's the mod code doing something with curseditem. Not sure how.
