You can either get the Skyworthy via the royal palace in your Hamlet world and merge it into the other, or from hammering the wrecked balloon in your SW/RoG worlds and merging into Hamlet, and either way will allow you to connect the worlds together. Don't forget to plan around the grave that spawns when you merge into an existing world! You can empty your inventory to all but a twig in the world you'll be merging into if you want to use the grave(/watery grave if you're on water) as decor without losing any items.
