About Quetzi Scalemail

Recently I came up with an idea about changing Quetzi Scalemail itself. From current effect into :

Gain a random permenant power after 3 combat clearings.

 

The armor has two major downsides :

1. Temporary Powers interrupt getting other Permenant Powers. For example, if you entered a power giving clearing, and suddenly Quetzi Scalemail gave you a power you were looking for the entire hunt. That specific power cannot be obtained in that clearing because you technically have that power in that clearing.
2. Awful Pairing with Quetzi Waist Guard. Basically a hidden way to unlock "Super Super Frenzy" mode in the game. 

This change is less-inspiring than the current effect, but it surely will work well!
