Immorel Diadem - Slight alteration to the secondary traits trigger conditions

The Immorel Diadem has a very good primary effect, but its secondary effect feels very counterintuitive, as you cant share healing effectively without taking lots of damage, which shield perks prevent.

I propose a minor change to the trigger of this headpiece to allow it to be used in more situations, where the player is in more control over the damage they take and not force them to waste the shield segments they have earned as it currently does.

This new effect could encourage the player to intentionally leave their shield below capacity, which would allow them to take benefit from the heal share this piece provides, while still giving reason to try and maintain shield when injured as it would increase the efficiency of shared healing.

Back in the day the player could share their heal even if their health was full. It was gone because it could trigger a massive feedback loop of hitstreaks (= Lags)

Since than, healing share somehow felt unnatural. You need to constantly hurt yourself to heal your teammates at maximum efficiency. In other words, you are punished by not getting hit. And that's kind of counter-intuitive to me. The hype is gone!

I personally hope to see the full HP healing share back. There could be more fancier ways to improve this, like shared heals don't trigger another healing share or Gourdo weapon's damage.
