Wortox Skilltree Rework

Wortox skilltree needs a big rework because even with the skilltree wortox is nowhere near other characters, knabsack needs so much change which mentioned in the other threads(knabsack is a special character exclusive weapon and the only thing it does is do damage which is weird bc its a "krampus sack" why do i have to fill my inventory to do more damage why cant i fill the "sack" instead to do more damage??? knabsack needs more range too, definitely a remodel, and for balance purpose you dont have to make knabsack a chester alternative just make it 2x2 slots and it would be fine bc 4 soul jars is kinda enough), skilltree node placement should be changed and there are a lot of filler nodes like why do i have to unlock knabsack to access the soul jar mechanic which is irreplaceable because it is a very important key feature?

Wortox relies heavily on others bc he cant deal much damage alone and needs a way to do it, what i suggest is he can use souls to do it like he is a magical imp that manipulates souls to his whim but cant make a weapon or something that can deal damage out of them??? but some random lighter user girl throws sun and moon flames combined together at enemies???

Wortox needs some weapon based off his souls like soul sword or soul armor or another thing that rots/expires in 6 - 7 days and you can refill those items using your souls and the damage or armor they give are higher the more souls you have but they will have no cap or/and they will require more souls the more upgraded they are like if you have 25 souls you get + damage if you have 35 souls you have ++ damage this value can be balanced idk the exact number but you get the idea

Wortox can have a codex like maxwell's and use it to make soul magic kind of thing.

Wortox needs VFX changes as well soul echo needs to be more visible and some cool features can be added too visually.

Main thing is wortox needs more ways to use his souls bc its his main thing and he is in dire need of some damage that helps him to progress without relying on others too much(AND YES I KNOW THIS GAME IS CALLED DONT STARVE "TOGETHER" BUT EVERYTIME I NEED SOME SOULS I HAVE TO CALL MY FRIENDS TO HELP WHICH IS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE).

I hope devs would make some serious changes on wortox bc he has so much potential and there are characters like willow and wendy which is very very very strong compared to other characters and i dont mean nerf broken/overpowered characters no i want everyone to have fun, i just want every character to have that attention, idk why but the playerbase seems to hate and dont play him much and because of that devs dont lean towards wortox that much which i think is not fair.

It's pretty lame honestly. The wortox mains have been relentlessly highlighting the issues with the tree. I don't want to pretend to have a solution, but Klei saying they're happy with the skill tree is pretty sad when all the feedback highlights the same problems over and over. They've had months with this feedback. We don't care if the devs are happy with the tree, we're not. 

We have been seeing amazing ideas like this coming up for months

Yet I feel like we are at some sort of bottleneck already because despite the numerous ideas on the same issues, we have literally no new input to work with.

Its just sad.

I think the biggest takeaway from all the suggestions should be that players are not happy with the current setup. It would be unrealistic to put too much pressure on any singular suggestion, but we're all circling around the same problems.

did they really say they are happy with the tree??? This tree is such a lackluster it has to change idk how but wendy mains changed their tree by forcing/spamming the same thing maybe if we wortox main unite and do the same thing we can make it happen

also again and again its not fair that some characters getting more love more good features(aka wendy willow)because people love and play them, klei needs to either work directly with playerbase to change the problematic skilltree's or take some serous time and invest more people on the problematic skilltree 

we need everyone to comment and start a thread about wortox skilltree rework so that klei can see it, ppl who liked this thread but didnt commented please comment and start a thread but dont flood or spam crazy

at least thats how wendy mains did it we have to unite and do everything we can

Says he's happy with the layout, not every perk in the tree.

That only confirms we're probably not getting, say, Soul Decoy 1 and 2 getting merged. Or jar getting split from knabsack. Those would be layout changes.

It doesn't say "no changes at all".

Hey man, we've been saying the same thing since November. If he gets released like this, we're going to have to wait years for them to fix it. If it takes a little longer to get it right, it's better for everyone
