The former was claimed as spot, while Wurt was supposed to send early Jan.2025. The cdk code for Wilson is not sent to me even NOW, and the Wurt code turned out to be “already used by others”. I contacted both Klei and Youtooz, but neither of them can solve the problem but let me wait and wait. I feel so curious why a in-game cdk can be out of stock and not be delivered to customers who paid almost three months ago. Since we did not sell these directly, we have no purchase information that we can check. We have provided keys to Youtooz for support purposes and they should be able to assist in both of these cases. If you're still stuck can you forward your discussions with Youtooz support to our support team and we can take a look. If you made the purchase and the key isn't working it shouldn't be a problem to get your digital good sorted out, I'm sorry that wasn't a smooth experience for you.
