absolutely amazing set of changes btw, can't tell how many time i've ran after woby trying to catch her from foraging two continents away, it was jarring

maybe because this was unintended mechanic. but yeah i don't think this egg generation would've broke the game

i didn't even think about giving flutter strips to friends. yeah the nerf hits multiplayer hard (no 10 sanity, 6 hp) but if you nerf walter's increased healing then it will it both single-player and multiplayer. a nerf to this skill/item is warranted and i think this is fair (36hp, 10sanity for walter with the skill)

THANKS for this, I was about to make a bug report about this, Woby remembering to forage things while ridden was pretty annoying, she would try to go back to those bushes but since she tp back to Walter she forced you to go back to those bushes.

Understandable too, Flutter Strip was pretty strong before, now it still is really good but seems more balanced

wait really? i was super excited by the idea of handing them out in pubs. wigfrid has hats and walter has plasters XD a +sanity healing item that you can just give away like hallows eve candy? seemed kind of obvious, haha

Now, he lacks nothing.

I mean while most of this is great for him he also caught two nerfs.
They largely were just cleaning up and polishing what dropped last week.

It isn't the end of the world if they polish up something they believe they can be proud in.

It still is pretty good for multiplayer imo, specially if theres a Wormwood, Woodie moose, or Warly around, the other crafted medicines require more effort, healing salve needs 3 items and honey poultice requires a setup of monkeytails + honey.

I didn't quite understand what you meant. I just think Walter's skill tree is now perfect. There isn't a single redundant item; every one of them is fully justified.

they thought you were complaining about how much attention Walter is getting in this beta build 655178. maybe it's a language barrier

Alright, I didn't mean it that way. I just feel that the developers treat Walter like their own child (a metaphor), and that makes me extremely excited and happy.

and this is objectively the truth. lunar-alignment is still missing armor synergy, like with void cowl & void wrap. the woby courier skill is only now open to feedback. shockscrap & gunpowder round is still underwhelming, dreadstone and sticky (honey) round is (kind of) redundant when slow-down round and cursed round exist. and walter's pinetree hat could still be improved for late game.

Its pretty awesome how much utility we have.
Personally a big fan of how wobys got distinct paths for when you go beef and when you don't (Given delivery woby is a lot more convenient when wobs is not your main mode of transport.)

I would still love to see honey replaced with slurtle rounds which can help us buff up willows/warlies with a bit of fire/electricity weakness. (Wet+Oiled.)
Then utility rounds would actually have a coherent gameplan and offer some decent cross character synergies.

It would be interesting if this action also woke Woby up from the Pan flute effect. Honestly, it's kind of annoying to have her fall asleep and have to put it together and take it apart to wake her up.

she's just a big snoozer, but yeah i like your suggestion. also white hair walter looks really nice with that pinetree hat skin, i wonder why other hats don't look as good with the hair clipping weirdly

Doesn't the flutter strip just heal the same as consuming the raw butterfly wings now (if Walter doesn't apply it)? 3 butter muffins heal 60 health (despite perishability). It's half that even with Walter.

I suppose it's still worth it for Wormwood. I just don't expect Walter to go around applying bandaids to people, compared to Wortox's easy AoE heals.

Wortox is cooked *skull*. They did add the option to remove skeletons the milisecond the chinese asked them to though. Gotta cash in that sweet tencent money i guess.
