His skill tree is plain incomplete atm. I assume it's gonna be released in beta as soon as ready, get some feedback for a week or two, then it will be released in the main server. ... But that's my assumption. I have no way of knowing when it will come out with certainty. I never touched Walter before, but this does make him look actually interesting to play with. Klei devs really nailed this one. QoL to let you feed mounts while riding them is also nice. Maybe I'll try taming a beefallo now that this is a thing. Before that I just looked up how Beefalo taming worked in the wiki, saw that it looked like a real pain and gave up on the idea really quickly.
