This makes the raid become a "2 min for killing, 8 min for clear the drops" gameplay in endgame. Since people won't have many empty slots on sailing. It's extremely inconvenient to clear those useless pirate drops. Please make those pirate drops decay automatically if they are in the sea after 2-5 days.
