Thats what i would like too however yeah The thats OP Crowd wouldn't really accept it especially with the playertag potion on top of it.

The seperate mini buffs on the sisturn is  the only comprimise i could think of that would simulate a lvl 4 abby  without just straight giving it to her.
thats kind of why i think the sisturn buffs would work better since they are mild and can be stacked with each and every sisturn.

can have a sisturn with every single flower providing all mini buffs towards all abbys.
It would make actual use of the bonus flower duration the sisturns skill tree has.  and i think it would be a decent final perk of the branch since the final perks are supposed to be better because of the previous point investments

I do understand, but the thing is, the ghostly wreath has a bunch of different minor temporary buffs, and making the sisturn do the same is just going to make her kit feel both bloated and underwhelming, and looking at the best skills from Wendy's tree, and the new Walter tree, the best skills are the ones that do a single thing, but does it effectively.

In a similar fashion, the player tag and nerfed healing elixir feels like a patchwork to a patchwork. And if in the future Klei wants to add a new Biome with new flowers, they might need to add a new effect on the sisturn.

I don't hate your idea, but I'm much more in favor of keeping it simple. I don't really have a non-level 4 solution yet, but a minor, yet new permanent upgrade that last until Abigail dies, similar to levels, but could only be achieved with sisturn III might be the way to go.
