change the Shadow Maul's "Broken" state and add a "Decayed" state

Make it so that when the Shadow Maul breaks, it retains its level, while adding a seprate "decayed" state that happens after it "dies" from starving, which will return it to level zero, and have it's hunger drain much faster while broken to offset the advantage of being able to repair it back to its current level from 0%.

 

This will make it so you don't have to check the durability every few seconds to make sure you stop on 1% during combat, making it less annoying and saving time spent either rolling back or (if someone doesn't like rolling back) killing nine more bosses if its at level three.
