Frosty_Mentos
What title says. Things like bee queen trails, icker blobs, ewecus snots and such things would have lesser effects on players if wearing those clothes. It's a small utility buff for clothing that's not used widely, I think it could bring new ideas for new threats as well as use for clothing in general. Swiyss
Yes. This. Make them great. But.. I don't know about this being available day 1. Maybe an upgrade after rifts.. I'm most likely gonna use marble suits and thulecite or marble suits and bee keeper hats for the reduced stun animation that the hat gives for bees. And if I wanna kill an ewecus, I can just dodge his snot. Once you get the hang of it, it's really easy to do. I don't think it is that much of problem these slow situations. It's more like adding a mechanic and adding some features around it. Kinda like desert hats with dark miasma in caves, slowness resist to BQ ability might benefit to some specific strategies that require less armor. Maybe there'd be some kinda sticky flooring we'd encounter, or just us walking through spider webs and not get slowed much. If this was implemented, would you go out of your way to craft a rain coat early game and equip it in place of your backpack everytime you need to walk by spider web? No, but for cases for when traversing a spider farm or something just to collect some loot might FEEL convenient to have those items near it. Shoving these mechanics into skill trees feels like a goofy excuse by now. Skill trees are supposed to be creative fun solutions that would apply to characters and fitting traits, this clothing trait specifically would not fit anywhere. I also want something for the rain hat and rain coat. They're items that were primarily balanced around spring being the first season in the original RoG. We need some kinda of feature to be implemented to them so they don't feel too outdated. But this sticky thing is just so absurdly useless you have to be kidding me that you're still insisting on it. I believe there are better options suited for this suit. Maybe if we get a blizzard after rifts are open that change the seasons with the surface rifts, then maybe an upgrade of the rain coat could be used to stop the blizzard effect and add some insulation too. My suggestion is for whatever is on the top of the head of where it could be useful at the time, it's for Klei to decide more uses for it. I'm just suggesting a mechanic so it would just exist. People might find uses for it.
