Enable some actions while seated (fish, eat, craft, read, use)

- fishing

- eating

- crafting

- reading (like cookbook)

- use items (like clean sweeper, bundle wrap)

 

Bonus:

Maybe sitting in a chair gives sanity?

(I know it gives me sanity IRL sitting with some buds in a pub)
