Wraith’s Wreath should be easier to use on controller.

I actually prefer playing on controller, and the wreath is a pain to use because you have to actually drag the potion to the hat. Even if the potion is on the right most slot of your inventory, it still takes significantly longer to use than if you were using a mouse. It makes the wreath a lot less useful during boss fights or any other situation where you can’t stay still for too long. I suggest just adding a button to the potions to apply it to yourself without all the dragging.

So something simple.. like while you have the hat equipped being able to tap Y (on Xbox controller) to apply?

Yes, exactly that. Y/Triangle is used to inspect, so instead it could be d-pad left or something, since that's only ever used to interact with certain objects in the environment.
