Yesterday we've set everything up, which took a few hours because of mods and other configurations. Now I know mods are prone to break a world, and I will list them here just to be sure. Now today I return to the game. The server has been set to "pause" when there are no players online. Which should be fine. I wanted to log into the server, and given that I am admin I do have access to server logs and all that. However, I received the "Something went awry" message. So I checked the server logs for my connection. Soon after, other players started joining the server, and they could join without any hiccups. So I figure it has to do with my client, or something on my side, rather than the server itself... Running DST in Admin mode Checked windows defender, and made sure the application was allowed Reset my router I am on wired internet. I even did a "Verify Game Files Integrity" just to be sure that was all up to snuff I've tried restarting the server itself before others joined. By either just hitting "Reset" or fully stopping it, waiting, and then starting it. All of this, and still no success. So I come here for advice on what to do next... Other players that went to the caves and came back to the overworld did not seem to have issues. Like the post says I'm the only one that can't join atm. I even asked the other players to head to the cave layer, and wait there so I could attempt logging in while that world was active. Could it be that your caves shard has been reset, while your character was logged out inside the caves? Maybe this way your character data may got deleted, while the overworld shard still thinks your character is in the caves. If this is the case, I don't really know how to fix it either. Maybe try c_despawn(<playerId>) of your character and see if you can get back into character creation? (Do a world backup before just in case you mess stuff up more than it already is) Otherwise you can try deleting all the player data in the server files of your player to make the server give you a new one. (Remember to do a backup first!) Thanks for your reply, after hours of searching we found the same as you did. However I could not make a respawn command since I could not even get in-game. What we ended up finding out was that the Hosting Service Provider kept changing the ID of the Caves shards, even after server-pause. So I stopped that service, and hopped over to another where we've been running for a few days without troubles!
