Jppacs
Make it so the locks on each side, that require 5 skills on whichever side, accept neutral skill. For example, “take 5 nice or neutral skills” and “take 5 naughty or neutral skills”. It would help to encourage experimentation, like if you want the clone effect on the right when using a nice build, you are forced into taking the knabsack skill, even if you are going to use hambats all the time (the nice inclination even gives you incentive to do so since it makes interacting with pigmen easier). If you take two neutrals with this version, you wouldn’t need to take the knabsack + both of the skills from the soul pierce path. The same would apply for choices on a naughty build being able to take some skills on the nice side. For example you would be able to be naughty and access the final twin tail heart to help your team a bit with map movement or some mass healing. Might feel contradictory to consider neutrality both naughty and nice, but to me a neutral individual is not void of trickery or niceness, it's a mix of both in balance. The good and the bad are added together, not multiplied by 0. It might make balance funky, but it fits logically and would make the sinsight tree more fun to build a playstyle around, mixing and matching based on what fits you and your team's playstyle. Dingle
I made a similar point jn my long post before: As it is, I don't think I'd ever get a neutral point because the naughty nice alignments are too good to just throw away on purpose. The panflute perks have to compete with these.
