No one ever uses this thing, because anyone who makes a Shadow Manipulator won't be needing or wanting it... No one uses a body slot item because that would remove their backpack. I can't recall the last time I saw someone use a summer frest, a hibernation vest, dreadstone armor, or scailmail either. These items are all really interesting and have niches worth exploring, but the cost of not wearing a backpack is too high. I think a solution for the belt of hunger should also be a solution for the other body slot items. Something like a dedicated backpack slot, or alternative to backpacks that do not use the body slot.
