Issue with Gems tools

Hello...

 

I am unable to start mission to obtain Gems tool. When I speak with blacksmith, he just offer me to build proto weapon. He doesn't tell me anything regarding tools.

Am I missing a step?

As far as I know you first need to obtain unidentified gems in anomaly runs. So you need to finish the "Mysterious Device" Questline to unlock the anomaly rewards.

Thanks for info. I found the misterious device. Where I can locate the owner the myesterious device?

You are the owner now! The previous owner doesn't show up in the game.

I see. I didn't understand explaination. I thought that I had to find original owner. Then how do I unlock anomalies? So far, they only quest the game provide to me was to find machine. I already did that but I still cannot unlock anomalies or gems.

Well, I didn't experience such thing before so I'm not totally sure about the reason, but first check out that you updated the game to its latest version.

Latest patch adresses that it solved the problem about Anomalies not showing up on the map. But if there's still no anomalies even after you updated the game, than make sure if you unlocked every 6 areas and its frenzy levels. The anomalies only appears on hunt with frenzy levels higher than 1.
