Rictus counters

Rictus needs more ways to be revealed, as currently only brightshade grenades seem to be viable (no one is going to be carrying gunpowder around?)

AoE melee damage dealt by the likes of beaver tail or Abigal should reveal rictus.

Any other ideas?
