I hope these wortox's skills could be merged

I didn't forget the portal, I just get to setting it up pretty late nowadays with all the other stuff I have to do. Notably, Pearl quests take moonrock, too. So the portal is usually post CC for me.

It's an incredibly forgiving 10 seconds. It's way, way nicer than I thought it would be.

Yeah, it's really up to the play style of you and whomever you're playing with. I've just made it part of my schedule to Wilson swap for the Iridescent Gem. Unless you get some pretty bad worldgen (which has happened to me once), there's a ton of Moonrock to pick up on your first Lunar Island visit, and more Purple Gems from the Ruins than you could ever really ask for. So I've always done the upgrade conveniently when it became relevant.

But there is definitely a cause to take Reverberation over an alignment skill to begin with. It's legitimately one of the most busted skills in his kit, just diminished a bit by Soul Jar capacity and made unhelpful in combat with either alignment perk + Soul Decoy (mostly the former, though.)

10 seconds is great! It will be hard for me to not go Naughty in multiplayer.

I need to try the wilson thing, considered it before. Maybe wortox->wilson->wicker->wortox haha.

Wicker to make some important books, like the fish one and a couple end is nigh.

The grave perks have their uses but i see how some people might not want them. Atleast they add gameplay strats

The fear is kinda overkill, she doesnt really need to scare mobs when she already demolish them

Is the fourth potion perk the one who gives chance for 2 potions? Isnt very useful if you pick the pipspook branch but you can save the points from the pipspook and get the chance of getting 2 elixirs

The shadow one might need a buff in the time the buff last. I dont see myself catching critters fora buff that last few seconds

 

I gree and see why you dont like them but they are a good foundation and add unique stuff. You dont even need to go throw the entire branch to get a cool benefit

Meanwhile the ones i mentioned from wortox are simply small unnecesary changes to the behavior of souls...nothing fun. And arent worth picking alone, if you pick them you most likely are chosing them to get the important ones in the branch

 

The worst part is that wendy is way stronger than wortox and got many buffs while wortox just got mostly situational stuff

If you have the idols to spare, I highly recommend also using Wormwood for Bramble Husks and as many Living Logs as you can afford to convert off of your Bee Stinger/Spider Gland supply! They're an amazing layer of added security during Bee Queen and when mass-farming Souls.

Later into the world, when you've got a good supply of Papyrus and Boards, a Queen-less Spider farm is also great for Wortox from a Webber swap for Den Decorating Kits, as Spider drops are significantly better than those of Bees, but I think you can just handle that later on, no problem. I am a huge fan of character swapping!

I love character swapping too.

I play with a wormwood nearly all the time! Bramble husk armor supercharged Wortox pre beta, can't wait to see it after beta. I play solo in beta but often play with 5-6 friends otherwise.

For spider queens, I wanted to experiment with just obliterating them with soul pierce.

yea, i feel this is what a good skill tree should be, you'd have to MAKE CHOICES rather than it being just rework number 2 for a lot of characters (i wont say i dislike rework 2 for many like woodie, wigfrid or willow, but i WILL say there should be more choice making instead of some skills being straight up so bad no one ever considers using them)

Seems I should not express my agreement about to divide those skill line from 1 line per 4 skills into 2 line per 2.

Hope you could persuade all other against voices here, or maybe you would just simply think "oh all of them are Wendy players" for a simple "win"? lol

Mr. Arubaro also often makes racist remarks. Please don’t ignore him.

Agree with all the rest (though graves and fear are probably getting buffs), but the last shadow skill doubles Abigail's dps - with nostrum thats a boost of 40dps.. I don't think it's bad by any  metric.

Wendy's filler Perks (that no-one is complaining about because some filler is fine) are blessed sisturn I, pipspook Quest II, shadow/lunar sisterhood I. Also arguably Vengeful Ghost. Similar number of filler perks with minimal benefit, that also gate more useful perks.

But while the rest of Wortox's tree is pretty darn good. Wendy has a completely useless branch (Gravestones) and 2 incredibly underwhelming capstone skills (which should be stronger than earlier tiers, potions IV and Team Spirit III). Not quite the same. People want those skills to be fixed, not Her filler skills.

I consider Neutral branch on Wortox quite worthless, still. I have been testing it, but probably can't do a big post till Monday.
