关于温蒂的测试更新

这简直就是有史以来最糟糕的更新

！！！！！！！

很难想象会有角色的技能包含了四个恶魔花换一个普通花这种完全不可理喻的凑数技能。

花瓣护甲让温蒂收到的伤害转移到阿比盖尔身上！？！？温蒂不是为了陪在阿比盖尔身边才来到永恒领域的吗？klei你确定没有弄反它的效果，还是说参与制作饥荒联机版的人已经完全不会游玩自己的游戏以至于完全忘记了游戏角色的设定，一个600血没有任何减伤的灵魂面对后期动辄上百的税前伤害，这难道不是温蒂在拔刀亲手砍向她最爱的sister？

对药水的更新更是敷衍至极，没有一个实质上的新药水，甚至连药水效果都没有大的变动，无法叠加多重buff，没有更强力更有创意的效果，更没有温蒂本人和阿比盖尔的联动作战技能，有的只是所有角色都会有的“阵营伤害”

我注意到好像有人说温蒂本身的强度很高，所以技能树不会有大的变动，可是真的是这样吗？当玩家击败天体英雄后，几乎所有的更新加入的敌对生物都会击飞技能，至于boss更是普遍拥有aoe伤害，这让温蒂很难使用牛和阿比盖尔来增加伤害，可是如果温蒂离开了这些那么就会变成一个伤害低得可怜的原始人，如果科雷觉得毁掉一个高人气角色的游戏体验算是有趣更新的话，饥荒联机版只会流失更多的玩家

It's pretty obvious klei has been making all characters op for a while and this is not going to change.

I really like these skill trees because they don't make any of these characters OP, especially with Walter, they made him better, but not one of the best characters in the game.

Same for wendy, they upgraded her, made her better, not op, and i think it's what skill trees should do.

They even added downsides to wortox's skill tree

Yes, it obviously needs a bit of tweaking, but please, don't make wendy busted just because the other characters with a skill tree are.

For example i think shadow affinity is a bit too niche and needs buffs, and some other skills need a change

DST is not a PVP targeted game, so which character is stronger than others does not really matter. What matters is whether the character is properly illustrated. Good examples are:
Wolfgang, who is strong so damage and working efficiency is improved, and he works out to keep fit;
Wurt, dedicated to bring her people back to former glory, so her skills involve building a stronger "merm kindom";
Willow, who plays with fire and has sanity issues. Her skills related to fire and Bernie.

But what about Wendy? She has been longing for protecting Abigail. She wishes she could have saved her. The flower amor? I don't think Wendy is willing to wear it.

Why wouldn't she? The skill spells it out Abigail wants to protect Wendy as much as Wendy wants to protect her. Sibling love isn't a one way street and you can technically protect Abigail better with the dress than without it since she also gives her any sources of healing she would obtain like jellybeans or pierogis.

Deep insight! I haven't noticed that healing on Wendy would also be transmitted to Abigail. Some sacrifice on Abigail would lead a battle to a good end and thus protect both of them.

I changed my mind about this point, but I just think it kind of a cruel armor, because the decision whether to wear it or not is made by Wendy. If I were Wendy I would feel sorry for wearing that, if we were not at the desperate losing point.

Fair enough I can definitely see how it could come off that way I just like to think of it as them having faith in each other while desperately wanting to protect each other.

I can't say for sure if they'll go this route but they could probably resolve that by making her a planar entity but at the same time I'm not sure if that would be too much of a survivability buff but regardless the dress definitely increases her survivability far more than without it due to the healing interaction.

i don't think it doesn't metter.

It metters, even a single player game needs some sort of balancing, because why not, let's give to all characters the ability to kill every boss in 2 seconds, so what's even the point to play the game anymore if there isn't any meaningful challenge?

You don't need to eat, hunger damage is entirely caused by Abigail , is this what you want?

Not just him, a ton of characters were made way too strong, and honestly they arrived at a point where they are pretty boring to play. They do everything to quickly and easily

I think the design is reasonable, but it is so weak compared to others that I feel it is unfair

I would agree with your feeling. While Wendy wouldn't do that, it is just a cruel armor.

I think you are right, but different players have different ways of playing. You can't disappoint most players or make them feel unfair.

yea i got it, but it's like saying "if you want an harder experience just play wes", and i honestly don't want to play wes because i just don't enjoy him for personal preference.

At the same time klei si disappointing people who want the game in another way, you can't make everyone happy, maybe a middle solution can be found...
