Sorry to bother you, @JoeW. My friend met some problems about Wurt figure. He has no account of Klei forums so he want me to help him.

He scratched off the card by himself. But when he used the code, it shows that the code has already been used. Then he submitted a request at Klei support. The email told him to contact Youtooz. Then he sent an email to Youtooz. But Youtooz recommended him to contact Klei.

So now he doesn't know how to solve the problem.

Could you please help me investigate when this code was used on which account. Then we may know why the code is invalid.

Hey @Hupo

We're not aware of any issues with keys for YouTooz. Most typically this issue is because somebody involved use the key for themselves and said that they didn't.

These codes are generated specifically for this purpose so unless there was some administrative mixup that we are unaware of, it's unlikely to be a technical error. 

But have them contact us as https://support.klei.com and send us the CD key so we can check it out.
