I disagree with Heat Pump to be a story trait. Right now it perfectly balanced to be power source on Ceres where power is a bit of a challenge if you wanna keep your asteroid cool. Make it available on all asteroid types will make it too easy to generate a lot of power, if you have enough water geysers of course. Some starting asteroids, IIRC flipped one and metallic swamp - they don't have any water sources. Why do you need Heat Pump there?

Yeah, maybe, but why cant be Heat Pump on Ceres Fragment in other Planetoid Clusters? It can be limited to some other planetoids, maybe on Tundra or Regolith. Also, Heat Pump is only renewable source of Lead and Granite in the game, limiting this to only one Planetoid is... wierd.

I agree. Love the new changes but the tune up duration should pause while the generator isn't working. This could also apply to farming buff while the plant isn't growing.

Agree as well, especially now that we no longer can automate tuneups with the changes to the power control station.

Previously you could use a smart battery + buffer gate(s) connected to a power control station to only allow tuneups when the generators have been recently activated. This is no longer the case. My first choice would be to restore this functionality, but if not the solution you describe would be enough to address the issue.

Coal isn't, so hatches are still a "requirement", at least if you want ceramic. It's a really conspicuous omission considering the new source of clay.

Would make sense (to me) that we could use refined carbon (aka charcoal) to fire the kiln and make ceramic. Perhaps it could also be used as a filtration medium
