How do yall buy dlcs outside of the US?

I can’t seem to find any of the new bundles on the steam store, that is the Constant Curator. Are dlcs not immediately available in other countries outside of the US?
On the ps5 I can see those bundles just fine but they cost bolts (in game currency) instead of straight cash. I’d love to cut this “middle man” as it tends to leave left over currency in my account during sales and it sucks having 500 bolts when everything costs 3000.
Hopefully buying directly from steam will grant me the items to my merged account? Pc and Psn.

Edit: I found Complete Roseate Chest under new releases but not the Constant Curator.

It takes some time for Klei to put up bundles and purchasable content.
Not a console player, but I believe the bolts were implemented because console platforms make it harder to push updates and purchases, so Klei just implemented the currencies so it'd be easier for them.

That should work.

I'm not sure why the curator bundle isn't on steam as a purchasable DLC, but you can purchase it from inside the game. (This doesn't give you the visual ownership of the dlc on Steam, but you do receive the items.)

Ahhhh, I didn’t realize there was a shop inside the game. Since it doesn’t show it in the main menu I thought transactions were made through steam page only. Thank you so much! I found what I wanted.

You are correct. Directly purchasable items need to go through the full approval flow with all the art and details ready weeks or months in advance.
