Scrappy Chapauldron should protect against lunar hail, earthquakes + be repairable.

Currently you need to defeat AFW before u can effectively deal with lunar hail. The chap offering a non-woodie alternative would be very much appreciated and make the item more appealing.

it should probably also be repairable with the Warbis kits. 

It can still break at 0% but this way u could actually make use of the item as a helmet since the werepig always drops it at extremely low durability in my experience, like 1-14%.
