Above the clouds is a faithfull port if i'm not mistaken, no skilltrees, it has old farms and so on.. @cameron8800

I think it even fixes some of the broken mobs in Hamlet like the grubs

a shame it removes DST stuff. If I wanted to play normal Hamlet I would just go play DS. This takes away half of what makes the concept of Hamlet in DST special. The other half is multiplayer of course.

There is other mods used as add ons, but i can't give you any sort of security that they would be updated accordingly

Well, there is a mod that turns the skill trees back on so there's that at least.

If you just want to play Hamlet and don't want to reinstall old Don't Starve or something, Above the Clouds seems popular.

However, if you want to play Hamlet in Don't Starve Together, I recommend the following: Tropical Adventures.  It adds in both Shipwrecked and Hamlet as archipelagos (like the lunar island) on the same world as the DST mainland, and it makes the ocean a lot bigger so that you can have all of that, the lunar island, and the mainland without anything being shrunken down. It has functioning Hamlet interiors, a Slanty Shanty you can build anywhere (even on a DST boat), toggleable Shipwrecked waves (they kinda make DST boats useless, so you should turn them off if you want to use them), and also everything from both of Don't Starve's DLCs. It's also kept up-to-date.
