Parusoid Posted September 27, 2024 Share Posted September 27, 2024 I noticed that despite Howlitzer and Gloomerang being projectile weapons, only Gloomerang gets the bonus 5 planar damage and bonus 1.1 physical multiplier offered by Void Cowl (without the ramp up).
