Update the checkpoint and suit docks to prevent dropped suits

Currently, it appears that dupes will only check to see if a dock is vacant or not, plus that checkpoints will only check if a dupe is suited or not. This leaves minor problems for bases that have more than one entry/exit way within planetoid that have externally linking paths as dupes will head through a checkpoint and to a dock at the end of the day, regardless whether or not another dupe has queued to dock their suit on it, leading to dropped suits on the ground.

For example: There are two pathways to and from the base situated on opposite sides of the base. One side has six docks and a checkpoint, while the other has four docks and a checkpoint. Dupes can exit the base through one pathway and get back through the other pathway when needed. Seven dupes are about to go back into the base through the checkpoint near the six docks, and at this point, the checkpoint tells all these seven dupes that there are vacant docks. All seven dupes arrive at the checkpoint at the same time, take off their suits and dock them save for one suit that will be left on the ground. With a busy enough base, this suit often gets ignored unless it gets a sweep command.

I would suggest this:

• Update the checkpoints so that they can be manually linked to the suit docks. This way, the checkpoints can count the linked docks and give a number of slots available to the dupes. By downtime, this would allow the dupes to reserve a slot through a checkpoint that still has available slots and allow them to update their pathing to look for another checkpoint with available slots.

It's already there. Atmo Suit Checkpoint has a Clearance setting. You can set it as Vacancy Only and dupes won't go by if there is no vacancy in the docks.
