Increase Light Sensor range

With the additon of the Mercury Ceiling Light it would a great if we were able to better finetune the light-output with the Light Sensor.

If you want a certain light level in the lowest part of the light cone and measure it indirectly from a higher part of the cone, the current sensor range is insufficient for reaching a constant level of above 10000 lux.

Increasing the sensor range by 1000 lux would already mend the mentioned case. Bringing it to a nice round 20000 lux might look a little nicer... And if you feel like adding even more, nobody is gonna complain <3
