New Hot Spring use

I think it’d be cool to make it so that when a Bath Bomb is dropped into a Hot Spring, your character has the option to bathe in it.

You’d get basically the same benefits as Sleeping, minus the Hunger drain. Healing and Enlightenment will slowly go up, so it maybe is safer to wear an Enlightened Crown while bathing to avoid Gestalts. You also probably want to be careful of any Saladmanders in the area. I don’t think you’d be welcomed if they were around.

WX will refuse to bathe, and Wormwood will additionally gain Bloomness (albeit at a snail’s pace)

and it will also make you overheat if you are in it for too long
