Wickerbottom Skill tree books + affinity (concepts)

Since we had two skill trees added recently, I started drawing some concepts for Wickerbottom books, this books are whit the skill tree in mind, that means that only Wickerbottoms whit the skill of the book unlock can read this books, Maxwell and Wurt won`t be able to read the books, and if a Wickerbottom that doesn`t have the book unlocked in the skill tree, she can`t read it, saying something in the lines of: "I will need to do more research in the field to apply this knowledge".

That said, I don`t have a skill tree concept y only doodle some book concepts so this post is not that serious.

also sorry about the messiness and the horrible orthography, english is my second language... i tried to add names to the books but its hard.

 

 

the last books started looking bad XD, i don`t usually draw so its messy.

i explain the books now:

- Allogrooming Explained : summon 1 monkey per read max of 2, the monkeys cant mine, cant chop, cant dig, and cant fight, they can collect stuff like twigs, grass, and reeds, they can be equipped head gear, they can carry a lantern or a torch and they can talk to plants. you craft this book whit : 5 accursed trinkets 3 bananas and 2 reads, it needs bookcase to craft.

i did this book to replace lureplants in farms.

- Apicultural Observations : faster grumblebees and they have a quieter flying noise, they will not betray you when fighting Bee queen.

you craft this whit royal jelly and gloomers goop.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     - Embracing Arachnophobia: is like overcoming arachnophobia but it deals damage over time to the the enemies inside of it.                                                                                                           - Lepidopterium : its like to Wes party balloon, spawns a swarm of butterflies that have a sanity aura and reduce damage inside of the swarm.                                                                                - Mardracorus : summon birchnutters like cratures that explode like lunar spores.                                                                                                                                                                                - Guide to keep a cool-ected mind: is the crab king freezing attack, it also freezes Wickerbottom but for a shorter period of time.                                                                                                      - Contrived Altercations : i did this concept around the whole wicker amaze by lunar island examinations that she has, but i don`t what to add more summons so i don`t know what effect give to it.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          -Horror time histories : makes enemies attack each other, and grants them immunity to sleeping effects, needs pure horror to craft.                                                                                               - Practical bloodpact rituals : grants ally creatures lifesteal, like pigs, merms, but also other creatures like Abigail or shadow duelist, also grumblebees, its kida like a wigfrid song but it dosent affect players, only followers.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   -Uprising Royalty: inspired by the Winona Charlie aligned trap concept that Klei show in a dev stream,  summons "tentacles" that are friendly, they dont drop anything, they deal less damage, have less hp and they are also temporary.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             +Affinity :                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   - Them : Living book : its a speel book concept, it needs food to stay alive, cast a spell cots its food, and they gain more stats from stale and spoiled food. Gives lunacy in full moon so you can read freely during them like you would in lunar island. i put 3 spells in the concepts but they are only an example, i dont like the teleportation one but i added it because of the quote that Wickerbottom has when she examines a bootleg getaway, where she critiques the teleportation. i don`t want more characters whit teleportations, whit the ones that we have its enough.

- Shadows : Night Table, its the Maxwell-shadow Chester equivalent for Wickerbottom, its inventory its linked to Bookcase, so the books repair and you can read them on the fly and access your  library from there. it has only 400 hp and it does an area of effect attack when its damaged it uses the bookcase crafting particles, they are separate attacks its not like Abigail, the table avoid combat so the "attack" is more like a bramble husk.

These are actually some pretty good ideas. I especially like the butterfly swarm one (would they follow you like Hamlet gnats?), the shadow bookcase, and the one that gives non-player followers lifesteal.
