Scrapbooking, Cookbook, and Gardening

I feel like once we unlock the cookbook and the premier gardeneer hat that we should be able to access all of those "pages" in the scrapbook function. If the scrapbook is meant to operate like an in-game wiki then it should be more accessible overall and you should be able to turn it into a more complete knowledge base. The premier gardneer hat can still allow us to see what nutrients are missing and offer suggestions for more efficient gardening (maybe even show companion crop best practices), and Warly's recipes can be hidden (since he's the only one that knows them), but it makes no sense for the pages with knowledge that we acquired via trial and error and learning via less-complex items
