Hidden reserve slots for the server owner and moderators.

Create the ability to add a backup invisible slot for the owner and moderators of a dedicated server.

Currently, moderators and the server owner are prohibited from entering the server when it is full. This is necessary to control the players' compliance with the server rules.

Also add the ability to hide your presence on the server for the administration. So that players do not see that they are being watched.

Also, if possible, provide the ability to observe console commands and player actions through the console for moderators. Because there are dishonest players who use Mods (or cheats) prohibited on the server.

If it were possible, then to make life easier for the administration, it would be possible to add a display of the list of mods enabled for the player. So that it could be viewed in the console in the game by entering a command for a specific player. (The same list of enabled mods in the main menu for the player, so that the name of the mods is displayed on the console)

i used to run dedicated servers and could both observe and affect players from the hosting console(as could my head moderator). i didnt need to go into the actual server itself. i am not sure there is any need at all for a priority slot since you dont, as host, need to even be in a game to be in the know about what is going on and doing most of the commands to keep things in order(kick, regen, rollback, ect)
