The only things he has related to that is his accent, and one of his quotes showing how he is doing the cawnivil for his own gain (he says it in a very sketchy way and corrects himself) Make us be able to find in randomly in the world beating people up for tokens with his carnival cronies. Make him a glooming threat. Make him do deals with Charlie- the crowkids have quotes suggesting Charlie comes to the cawnival a lot. Give us the option to attack him, and if we do, he brings out a club and starts wrecking us. He has the oppertunity to be so interesting- instead of pearl quests, we can do mafia deals with him. He will do deals with the Frostjaw. Maybe some of these interactions like quests are for outside of the seasonal event too?
