Torchfly Goggles are weaker than it seems.

I thought the new torchfly goggle will make a fancy combination with Groak weapons and hitstreak related powers at the very first time I saw it, but it wasn't. Why?

First, the hat removes your hitstreaks whenever you dodge. This causes serious disharmony with almost every hitstreak-related perks or powers in this game, despite the hat itself is hitstreak-related equipment. In general gameplay you cannot save more than 10 hitstreaks, because you will dodge every single seconds to avoid enemies' attack or to use dodge-related attack combos.

Second,  Even if you managed to save loads of histreaks without wasting them through dodging, you can't really use that hitstreaks properly because the goggle's spinner effect will stop immediately when you do anything other than walking.

Lastly, the dps is a little bit low. This itself is not a big problem. And it's understandable because it is an armor, not a weapon. But since it's very difficult to accumulate and maintatin the spinner effect of the goggle, the low dps does not reward all the hard work devoted for this hat. The damage is just not worth it.

In summary, the goggle seems pretty nice on paper, but it ended up being a hat that removes the "hitstreak" aspect of the game, and give a very minor advantage in return, in current status.

So, to fix this hat I think there should be some modification to this hat. For example, the spinner effect starts at the moment the hitstreak decays, instead of consuming the hitstreaks every time you dodge. And the spinner effect should not be interrupted with player actions. Also, it's my personal opinion, but higher hitstreak could deal more damage, instead of simply increasing the length of the spinner effect.

I love its adorable design, and the concept is interesting enogh. I hope there would be any proper touch to make this hat actually enjoyable.
