It's all pure decor and fun structures not related to general survival. Costing any cultivated seeds should be more than enough to buy pretty little planted trees and lawn decorations.

In general I'd say any seeds sound count the same as just regular seeds when it comes to crafting or buying. It's all just seeds to a player.
