The specs seem good enough. So I'd say the general things you can do is:

1. Remove clutter from the ground. I know it's convenient to have 50000 Stacks of wood, but that causes a lot of lag.
2. Lots of entities. Try to limit the amount of bees/spiders/whatever in the area you are, so at least they are not loaded (at once) while you are in the area.
3. Limit the mods you want to use. Every mod needs some CPU time, the biggger the mod the more they need.
4. Make sure to have Threaded Render enabled. This makes the Rendering thread run on a seperate CPU core from the World thread.

Thanks for answer. However, 1-3 tip is useful, but not in my situation, because when I start new world without mods and lot of entities, still have feeling of a delay when I not using Lag Compensation. Is there any more tips please?

Edit: I downloaded "Don't Starve Alone" ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2657513551&searchtext=don't+starve+alone ) and it fixed my problem. Also when I removed caves problem fixed too.
What to do when I want to be host without playing Lag Compinsation?

I guess default game wise you'd be out of luck then, (if you don't like playing without caves or with "don't starve alone") but you could try a few workarounds:

1. (Easy workaround) Since you mentioned playing without caves works for you, you could play without caves and/or with mods that add caves resources to the overworld, such as "Light Flowers Above Ground". (If you are unsatisfied with "don't starve alone")
2. (A little more complex, but more well rounded workaround) You could host a dedicated server locally on your PC and connect to it. Dedicated servers run each shard on a seperate thread, and therefore can have performance benefits over locally hosted worlds. Keep in mind that dedicated servers tend to always have a smidge more latency than hosting locally, but depending on the situation, such as if the locally hosted server struggles with latency, it can be still faster.

2. Welp, I tried and still have delay on moving. I created this method and Vox Launcher. Same result.
