Better Tusks farming

So depending on your world gen, you only get 1 Walrus camp or 4.

That difference is huge. This is not okay. So much people are starting over their worlds just because of dumb bad gen luck ant there is no way to effectively counter this issue in vanilla.

This mean that with the worst luck, you still have 3% chance of not getting any even after farming 5 of them during the whole winter, getting back there every 3 days.

You can also get tusk with insanely rare setpiece or rarely if you take the huge amount of time to rush the ruins or the sea.

Pls at least make them have a chance to spawn from the hostile flares instead of just teleporting them before fixing this problem.
