Winona's Spotlight "Passive Illumination" and "Active Illumination"

You could use Winona's gadget to control the Spotlights, just like the catapults.

One choice would allow you to use Spotlights as they are now, follow the player. That would be "Active Illumination"

Second choice would allow you to use them in a new way, you select an area, and they illuminate it forever, or until you use "Active Illumination" again, that would be "Passive Illumination"

this but also with the heat lamp talent so i don't burn myself to death during the summer, but can still use the light

i don't see that happening. I sat in the light of my spotlight and still nearly froze to death. No active warming/heating at all. I just got colder and colder and colder... and then froze nearly to death. In its current state, no one will ever take this skill.
