Your talking as though I don't know this or are having trouble with these fights that's not the case as I've said I just don't like it as a gimmick

i just don't know what's the issue if you don't since they only heal if you mess up, you simply spend more time fighting instead of getting resources for the fight

Because it's not interesting.

and if you would play a low dmg character you should try to get bunnymen or pigs to fight with you or bee mine to deal more dmg or other way to make for your lack of dmg instead of you going all with your normal hambat and football helmet

Both of these currently trivialize the fight.

  • Bunnymen block waves, meaning your boat never gets pushed by waves, so they kill CK before ice phase ever starts.
  • Bees can attack Crab King form inside the ice wall if they're there when it spawns. The timer for the ice platform to despawn only starts when the ice wall breaks, so if bees are there and you never attack the ice wall, they kill CK without him ever going back to claw phase.

And I do not think requiring either of these is good game design, even if they were working properly.

It's not required to use bunnyman or pigs or any of those methods you can defeat him on Wes using only hampat and football helmet

and if u thinks its hard then use this method or method

Those methods r not required :)

they literally said that they don't want those methods to become required, not that they're required

and i don't think if they buff the crab king hp will change the methods u will only need more healing and armour and weapons if u went to fight him with low dmg characters  , and i said that if his hp will get buff they will need to nerf his healing so characters like wes can keep up with only weapons and armour and healing and some skills of yours

the fight wont be fixed if they fix exploits, its just boring, half of the fight is just you holding F on him because thats literally every 'newgen' boss in DST, you do X, Y happens, you get n amount of hits

this is why they need to buff those new bosses there is no reason to care about anything other then holding F

I see the current CK at both extremes: with the panflute it is easy. Without it, the fight becomes difficult (or even impossible depending on the character).

But even with the panflute it only becomes easier with the choice of the right gems (purple gems mainly).

Before we had to rely on using several ice staffs and now we have the panflute.

CK has always had the distinction of being a boss whose difficulty is chosen by the player using gems. Before, it went from difficult to impossible. Now it's from easy to difficult.

The truth is that if the player wants to make a more difficult fight CK gives you this possibility.  But no one wants a modular boss, as they will always choose the smallest difficulty.

If they buff them I'll quit the already morphed beyond recognition game that DST is becoming, those bosses don't need buffs, they need actua good and engaging mechanics.

most of them have good mechanics but no one can see it for how weak thy are
