Winona's "Planar Strike" should hit shadow creatures.

Willow's both affinity flames can hit shadow creatures, while only requiring dirt-cheap embers, easy to control.

The catapults throw literal balls of lunar/shadow magic, and they consume a HUGE amount of horror/brilliance, so there're plenty of reasons for planar strike to damage shadow creatures. I believe it will be implemented soon.

is this a case where it only works when you use the targeting function? Or are we in a situation where they can't hit shadows at all/ does not automatically target them?

Currently you can't hit the shadow creatures in any way with your catapults. Including the remote control.

I don't say it often but... Ooof, that kinda stinks.

one would think that a magically charged catapult would hit a magical embodiment of shadow... seems odd.
