Lower teirs of merm structures have no niche.

The weaker one should just be a different tool, like a hoe.

The stronger one could be an axe.

It makes no sense rn, just skip the weaker one entirely. 

 

 

Edit: Imagine the possibilities and beautiful merm towns, with merms having their own professions. Farmers, lumberjacks...

btw did u also start burning pig houses and decimating their population when you started to play wurt?

Yeah, another option is scrapping the idea of teirs and giving them new uses.

 

They could make the art for the in theory scrapped teir 1 items a cosmetic variation to not waste it. It would look nice.
