Wurt's mudslingers

So I might be wrong here and someone correct me if you feel otherwise but I think the mudslinger staffs should have their cooldowns drastically reduced I'm honestly not even sure why they take so long to recharge nothing they do seems particularly overpowered and the lunar one specifically is locked behind a post rift world anyway.

I do agree though that the cool down is way too long. 

Actually if that is their intention which I do think you are right I think they should remove the cooldown entirely boss fights are long and the impact of these staffs are very minimal for the most part.

The shadow ones do give the small tentacles and how is enlightenment busted? I guess combined with Wickerbottom?
