Ideas regarding the Winona skill tree from last stream (16/05)

this is just a small compilation of things that could be implemented for the future Winona skill tree:

• Tellebrella/tellipad gem sockets, this way they can be paired (red gem brella -> red gem pad);
• Being able to use dreadstone as fuel for the gemnerator (as a the shadow counterpart to pure briliance);
• For her shadow affinity, she could get some craft that lends "shadow helping hands" from her sister in the dusk and night that she can boss around using the new remote. For example: Ordering them to carry heavy objects to a nearby area, retrieving heavy objects from the water, access to "cost efficient" refinements or even just bulk crafting (10 cutstone, 20 boards, 40 papyrus), rebuilding Winona related structures that are damaged or broken.
• or she could get access to marble and clockwork machinery (marble thumper, rails... the list is endless!).

 

Additional suggestion:

Make this rose some sort of "Charlie's Rose" and make it the shadow counterpart to the CC crown shard, so it can be used in more expensive crafts and as a shadow alternative to the CCC shard in the Gemnerator.

If there is no "Charlie's Rose," every rose in the world will be Charlie's rose.

But if there a specific "Charlie's rose", then only that rose is Charlie's rose.

pretty sure klei mentioned dreadstone not being fuel in the gemerator was going to be an intentional mechanic
